Shipping Fees
Canada:
FREE shipping on all Canadian orders $75 and up! (before tax)
$15 flat-rate shipping for all orders under $75
Free shipping on reusable face masks - please note, no tracking available with this free shipping option. Bulk orders will be subject to additional shipping fees.
United States:
$15 flat-rate shipping for all orders under $150
$30 flat-rate shipping for all orders over $150
International
$25 flat-rate shipping for all orders under $150
** Bulk and wholesale orders will be subject to additional shipping fees to be determined based on the order quantity and value once the order is placed **
Please note the following:
- Allow 4 - 14 days for delivery
- We are unable to provide overnight shipping to a P.O. Box
- Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address and to either be home when the package is due to be delivered or to collect it from the courier pick-up location.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. New shipping charges will need to be paid before the package can be shipped out again. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
- Please note that all customs and duties fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct address is provided at checkout, once an order has left our warehouse we are unable to change shipping addresses or redirect packages. Any shipping fees incurred with packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided will be the responsibility of the customer.
