Off to the World Stage!
Meet Jessica!
Jessica Jarabek, RMT LMT.
We couldn’t be more excited to introduce everyone to Jessica Jarabek — a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) from Victoria, BC who will be representing Canada at the World Championships of Massage 2022 in Copenhagen this summer!
A force to be reckoned with in the industry, Jessica has been massaging since 2004 and brings over 17 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Providing services to a variety of clients from professional athletes to individuals with physical and pathological disabilities, as well as the general public, she is unwavering in her mission to empower others to reach their optimal physical and mental health.
With a special interest and expertise in sports therapy, her clients have included Canadian national Olympic athletes, Big Mountain Freestyle skiers in Whistler, as well as professional cyclists competing in the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia and Vuelta Espana in Europe. Other professional clients have included windsurfers and tri-athletes competing at Ironman events in Hawaii!
A believer in making a difference, Jessica has lent her skills to creating a positive social impact in Central America where she taught massage therapy to help Indigenous populations gain skills for employment to become independent, successful professionals, and to support healthier communities.
Off to the Competition
Jessica’s years of experience, international assignments, and interdisciplinary lens on massage therapy have now led her to the global stage.
The 5th Annual World Championships in Massage is set to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark June 17-19 2022, with over 200 participants from 42 countries.

Participants are judged and evaluated in the following areas:
-Techniques
-Ergonomics
-Flow
-Innovation and Development of new methods
-Client contact
-Recipient feedback
As things currently stand, Jessica is the only individual competitor from Canada participating in the World Championships.
